Terms of Use

The basics

These terms cover your use of www.alexloveland.com and everything you buy or download here. The site is run by Loveland Studios, LLC, a Virginia company owned by Alex Loveland ("we", "us", "I"). By using the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. You must be 18 or older to buy.

Your purchases

• Guides, courses, content packs and tools are digital products. You get access in your library or by download right after you pay.
• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. A price change never affects something you have already bought.
• All sales are final. See the Refund Policy for the few exceptions.
• Keep your login to yourself. Your account is for you only.

How you can use what you buy

When you buy, you get a personal license to use the material in your own business. That means:

• You can use the guides, scripts, templates and worksheets to run your own photography business, and post content pack graphics and captions in your own groups and pages.
• You can't share, resell, give away, copy into your own products, post publicly in full, or teach the material as your own. That includes sharing files or logins with other photographers or your team outside your own business.

Everything on this site, including the guides, videos, graphics, tools and text, belongs to Loveland Studios, LLC and is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

The community

Get Clients. Make Money. runs on Skool, so Skool's own terms apply too. Memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your Skool settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We can change what each level includes and its price, and we will give notice before a price change affects your renewal. We may remove anyone who is abusive, spams, or shares member content outside the community, without a refund.

Results are not guaranteed

The numbers on this site, including mine and my students', are real, but they are not typical and they are not a promise. Your results depend on your market, your work, your skills and many things outside anyone's control. Nothing here guarantees that you will make any amount of money.

Not professional advice

This site teaches business and marketing education. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting or mental health advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation. Astrology, birth chart and other spiritual content is for reflection and inspiration, and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Free tools

Calculators, quizzes and other free tools give estimates based on what you enter. Check the results yourself before you rely on them.

Limits on our liability

The site and everything on it are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Loveland Studios, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, from using the site or our products. If we are ever found liable to you, the most we will owe is the amount you paid us for the product involved. You agree to cover our costs if a claim against us comes from your misuse of our material or your breaking these terms.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first at alex@alexchalkley.com and we will try to sort it out. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any legal dispute will be handled in the courts of Virginia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and the version in place when you bought applies to that purchase.
